While those who receive executive coaching rave about the benefits, what about the benefit to the bottom-line?
A landmark survey commissioned by an East Coast consulting company this year shows an average ROI of 5.7 vs. the cost of coaching among executives who participated in the study.
Other survey findings reveal that 53% of executives report a company increase in productivity, while 48% report an increase in both quality and organizational strength. Among personal benefits of coaching, executives report improvements in working relationships with peers (63%); and job satisfaction (61%).
