Spirit comes from the inside, out. It is born in our beliefs and lives in our attitudes and behaviors. Building spirit at work can not be done by an outside contractor, nor by a well-intentioned boss. If it‟s something that we want at work, then it is something that we cultivate within ourselves and foster within the environment.
This program focuses on helping each individual be a catalyst for building spirit at work, starting with one‟s own spirit. It engages each individual is a series of lessons and activities meant to stimulate an internal dialogue so that the person consciously chooses to unleash his/her spirit instead of wallowing in self-pity and engaging in self-centered interactions with clients and colleagues. The program is extremely motivational, high energy, thought provoking for all, and challenging to some – those who see themselves as powerless at work or who believe that spirit at work is something the boss does for his/her people.

When we do all, or any of these, we unleash our spirit at work and build the spirit of others that we work with. They find themselves wanting to be around us, support us, and follow our lead, because they trust us and the attitudes that we exemplify.

interactive & experiential utilizing large group activities, small group dialogues, and didactic lessons designed to guide the participants in their assessment of self and issues relevant to their ability to correctly perceive issues that underlie conflict situations; assessment of organizational policies and practices that lead to conflict and resistance to change; and determination of appropriate behaviors, attitudes, skills and knowledge necessary to mediate conflict and promote change.
