She believes that everyone has the potential to be innovative, be a contributing team member, and be an influential leader but only after each individual honestly explores his/her personal blockers. Her motto is “With the right mindset, everyone can realize brilliant success.”
At the core of Jane’s instructional programs is her belief that confident leadership means values are aligned and that the stage is set for reflection on the leader within. She believes that the mark of a great leader is the ability to identify strengths, admit limitations, and become adept at leveraging personal strengths as well as the strengths of others. Her programs and coaching sessions are based on leadership and team examination of collaborative problem-solving techniques, communication patterns, and influential strategies. Participants develop action plans for immediate application, resulting in improved accountability, shared responsibility, and sustained organizational growth.
